- We collect your details only when you ask for a tour, and use them only to reply, arrange the tour and send the offer you asked for.
- Your email address and phone number are never used for advertising, newsletters or marketing, and never sold or shared for those purposes.
- Analytics and advertising-measurement cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time below.

1. Who is responsible for your data
UAB Proprietas
Company code 303252098 · VAT code LT100010611112
Gynėjų g. 14, LT-01109 Vilnius, Lithuania
Privacy contact: vilnius@talentgarden.com (subject “Privacy”) · +370 689 00476 · or by post to the address above.
This policy covers the website talentgardenvilnius.lt (also reachable at buro.lt/pergale), which presents the Talent Garden Vilnius – Pergalė campus at A. Stulginskio g. 8, Vilnius, and its tour request form. It does not cover other websites, including those we link to; they have their own privacy policies.
We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. What data we collect and why
2.1 When you ask for a private tour
What we collect: your name, work email address, phone number and, if you give it, your company name; the workspace you are interested in (flex desk, team office or executive office), the number of people, when you would like to move in, the estimated monthly budget shown to you and your confirmation that it suits you; and the date, time and reference number of your request.
Why: to reply to you, agree a time for the tour, show you the campus and prepare the offer you asked for.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); keeping a record of requests and answering them in a sensible order is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving your details is voluntary, but without your name, email address and phone number we cannot arrange the tour.
How it is handled: your request is stored on our web server in Frankfurt, Germany, copied to an internal spreadsheet and sent as an internal email notification to the person who arranges tours. To answer the most time-sensitive requests first, we may mark a request internally by how soon you plan to move in and the size of space you are looking for. This does not lead to any decision with legal or similarly significant effects for you: every request is read and answered by a person.
We use your email address and phone number only to reply to your request, arrange the tour and send you the offer you asked for. We do not use them for newsletters, marketing or advertising; we do not upload them to advertising platforms such as Meta or Google or use them to build advertising audiences; and we never sell or rent them. If you would later like to hear from us about the campus, we will ask for your separate consent first.
2.2 Protecting the form from abuse
To stop automated spam, the form contains a hidden field that only bots fill in, and your IP address is used for a short time in the server’s memory to limit repeated submissions. The IP address is not stored with your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.3 Server logs
Like any website, our web server automatically records technical information about each visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and to fix problems. They are deleted automatically after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.4 Analytics and advertising measurement — only with your consent
If you click Accept in the cookie notice, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the page is used: which sections are viewed, how far visitors get in the tour form, which buttons and links (for example call, email or map) are clicked, and how visitors found the page. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; we have also enabled Google’s automatic removal of email addresses from analytics data. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure whether our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram work: it records that the page was viewed, that a tour request was sent, or that the phone or email link was clicked — not what you typed in the form.
We never send your name, email address or phone number to Google or Meta. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 61(3) of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania). You can withdraw it at any time (see section 3); this does not affect processing that took place before.
If you do not accept (or before you choose), no analytics or advertising cookies are set and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. Google Analytics may still receive a minimal signal without cookies or identifiers that a page was viewed or a step was taken (Google “consent mode”), which Google uses only to estimate visitor numbers in aggregate. Like any request on the internet, this signal reaches Google together with your IP address, which Google states it does not store for this purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing, in aggregate, how many people visit the page (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at any time.
2.5 The video, maps and other links
The construction video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing from YouTube loads with the page: the YouTube player script is fetched only when you point at, touch or select the play button, and the video itself when you press play. From then on Google (YouTube) processes data under its own privacy policy and may set cookies. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, talentgarden.com and INVL Baltic Real Estate take you to those websites, where their policies apply. The fonts on this site are served from our own server, so viewing the page sends no requests to font providers.
4. Who receives your data
- The team that runs the Talent Garden Vilnius campus and conducts tours, which reads and answers your request.
- Service providers acting on our instructions (data processors), bound by data processing terms:
- DigitalOcean, LLC — website hosting; our server is located in Frankfurt, Germany;
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC — Google Workspace (email and the internal spreadsheet used to handle requests) and, with your consent, Google Analytics;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — the Meta Pixel, with your consent.
- Public authorities, where we are required by law to disclose data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Our website and your tour request are stored in the European Union. Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and DigitalOcean, LLC are based in the United States and may access or process data there. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which these companies are certified, and/or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep your data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Tour requests and their email notifications | Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted — sooner if you ask. If you become a member, the data you need for the membership is kept under that agreement. |
| Server logs | 14 days |
| Google Analytics data | 14 months |
| Your cookie choice | Until you change it or clear your browser |
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict how we use your data;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format (data portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects on you — we do not make such decisions.
To use any of these rights, write to vilnius@talentgarden.com or to UAB Proprietas, Gynėjų g. 14, LT-01109 Vilnius. We will reply within one month; for complex requests this can be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if so. Exercising your rights is free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
8. Complaints
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority:
Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija
L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, Lithuania
ada@ada.lt · +370 5 271 2804 · vdai.lrv.lt
You may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us.
9. Security
All traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to tour requests is limited to the people who handle them, our server is protected by a firewall and kept up to date, and the form is protected against automated abuse.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults looking for workspace. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date. If we change how we use the data you have already given us, we will let you know before the change applies.
